2nd Fall Meeting

The 2nd Fall Meeting of the Young Scientists was held on September 28th-30th, 2022 with around 50 participants from academia and industry. We thank our young scientists, invited speakers, and industry representatives for interesting insights into their research and active participation in our different interaction formats. Congratulations to the award winners of the best talks and posters:

The Agilent Young Scientist Award for the best talk:

Johannes Scholz (Münster, Hayen group)
 Quantification of Sphingomyelins in Caenorhabditis elegans via SFC-TIMS-MS

The second-best presentation:

Steffen Heuckeroth (Münster, Karst group)
 Alignment of ion mobility-based Imaging and LC-MS analyses for increased annotation confidence

The second-best presentation:

 Glycosaminoglycan structure prediction: Joining the Power of Random Forest and Mass-Spectrometry-Aided Cryogenic Infrared Spectroscopy

Due to a tie vote, two second-best presentations were awarded.
