We have a new logo!
After an exciting logo contest with amazing submissions from you, the community voted – and we were proud to unveil our new DGMS Young Scientists logo!
Now we are able to present us in a fresh new light with a new shining logo! Keep an eye out for upcoming YS merchandise (and some promised stickers) – because who wouldn’t want to rock some stylish mass spec swag?
Goodbye Hünfeld, Hello Kassel!
This year marked our last Fall Meeting in Hünfeld. We heard your feedback – it’s time for a change!
📍 New location: Wyndham Garden, Kassel
🗓️ Dates: 21–23 October 2026 (subject to change)
Why the later date? With the IMSC 2026 taking place in late August, we wanted to give everyone time to recharge before we meet again in Kassel for another great round of science and networking.

🔹 Flash talks for all posters – Never given one? Don’t worry! We’re planning a hands-on session to help you craft the perfect teaser for your poster and practice in a safe environment.
🔹 Young Scientists Evening – you know it’s going to be fun! Please check the YS option when registering, if you are planning to join. That way we can plan accordingly and provide enough food and drinks for everyone.

- YS co-chair opportunities alongside senior scientists

Travel Grants – Don’t miss out!
Heading to DGMS 2026 or IMSC 2026?
The DGMS offers travel grants to support your participation. Please keep in mind the limit per research group – so coordinate early!
